My name is Christan Miller and I’m a tattoo artist. I’ve been tattooing for 6 years. In the beginning stages of my career I never thought that I would be doing colorful, whimsical tattoos. If I’m being honest I only really wanted to do two toned tattoos focusing on geometric and pointillism with just black and red in them.

It’s like most things, life shows you a different path to take. As for my painting I’ve been doing art my entire life. When I was in 4th grade I was put in art classes outside of school. I first learned how to paint in impressionism. One of the first paintings I replicated as (Water lilies and Japanese Bridge) by Claude Monet. From there I explored other styles and medium until I found a style that stuck with me.

Watercolor paints were introduced to me in the beginning stages of my tattoo career and the style of watercolor. I turned from paper to skin and it stuck with me for 6 years and still going strong.
